What is SculpSure ?

FDA approved non invasive body contouring treatment resulting in fat cell reduction in the treated area 

How does SculpSure work?

SculpSure uses a 1060 nm Laser technology to heat your fat cells to 42-47 (107-116˚F). The heat generated is delivered in pulses and is interchanges with cooling, providing a very comfortable treatment session.

The heat causes disruption to integral cell structures resulting in fat release from the cells, which is then slowly eliminated from the body 

It comes with 4 handles/paddles which can be customized to treat any body area in order to address your area of concern. For abdomen treatment: you can choose 4 handsets to treat upper and lower abdomen or 3 to simply treat upper or lower abdomen. For love handle treatment, each side gets 2 handsets per side. One treatment consists of using a maximum of 4 paddles at any one time and takes 25 minutes

Can I treat more than one area with SculpSure® during my visit?

Yes!  You can treat more that one area during your session as each treatment area with 4 paddles takes 25 minutes. On average, abdomen treatment takes 25 minutes and if you wish to treat love handles as well, it will be an additional 25 minutes for 4 paddles. Total treatment will be 50 minutes, which is your perfect lunch break

How SculpSure® reduces fat cells?
The heat energy generated causes disruption of vital cell membranes resulting in fat release, this process is called apoptosis or lypolysis. This treatment does not simply shrink the size of fat cells like all other treatments do, it’s heat technology reduces fat cells and promotes decrease in their number. All disrupted cells are removed by the body over time.

Does SculpSure® treatment hurt?
The treatment is fairly comfortable and can range from slight warming sensation to intense hot sensation. On average, the discomfort level rated by people treated during the trial was 3.7 (0 was no pain and 10 was the most excruciating pain ever felt).

Is SculpSure® FDA Approved?
Yes, SculpSure was approved by the FDA as non invasive body sculpting device in May 2015.

Ex: Love handle treatment with SculpSure will take 25 minutes but will be 2 hours with Coolsculpting as it is 60 minutes per side (unless your provided has 2 machines).

How many sessions will I need with Sculpsure?
The amount of treatments depends on the individual’s body composition and the amount of fat present. Sometimes one treatment will achieve optimal results, and sometimes it will take 2-3 treatments. Consultation is always required

How long does it take to see results?
The destroyed fat cells are removed by the body naturally over the course of about 6-12 weeks. Initial results may be seen as early at 6 weeks and optimal results are seen at 12 weeks after treatment.
 

What is the downtime after my treatment?
None. There is no downtime, so you can resume your regular activities as soon as you leave the office
