We have a 48hrs cancellation policy and we do require a Credit card on file. You will only be charged a $50 fee if you fail to cancel your appointment 48hrs prior to your scheduled time or do not show up.
Why do we require a credit card on file?
We value your time and never want to make you wait. Your appointment time is exclusively reserved for you
All appointments must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. For your convenience we will send you an e-mail and text message as well as make a courtesy call 48 hours before your appointment.
Your credit card will be charged $50 ONLY if you do not show up or fail to cancel at least 48 hours prior to your visit.
If we are unable to get in contact with you, we reserve the right to double-book your appointment and will give priority to confirmed appointments only.
