Finding Us from Chelsea
Which train works best depends on which side of Chelsea you live on. From the eastern blocks, the R and W stop at 23rd and 28th Streets on Broadway and run straight to 5 Av/59 St, whose entrances at 60th Street and Fifth Avenue leave you a short walk east along 60th to our door. Along Sixth Avenue, the M at 14th or 23rd Street continues on weekdays to Lexington Av/63 St, a few blocks from the office; on evenings and weekends the F makes that same run.
Further west, the E at 23rd Street and Eighth Avenue runs to Lexington Av/53 St, where a free in-station transfer takes you to the 6 at 51st Street, one stop from 59th Street. The 1 train at 18th, 23rd or 28th Street reaches Times Square, where you can change for the R or W. Most Chelsea patients find the whole trip takes twenty to thirty minutes, and a taxi usually takes about as long once midtown traffic is counted.

Where is the office in relation to Chelsea?
We are at 30 East 60th Street between Park and Madison Avenues, in Midtown East at the southern edge of the Upper East Side. That is roughly thirty to forty blocks north of Chelsea and a few avenues east, so most patients come by subway.
Which subway should I take from Chelsea?
From near Broadway, take the R or W from 23rd or 28th Street to 5 Av/59 St. From Sixth Avenue, the M (weekdays) or F (evenings and weekends) goes from 14th or 23rd Street to Lexington Av/63 St. From Eighth Avenue, take the E to Lexington Av/53 St and transfer to the 6 for one stop to 59th Street. If you are coming through Union Square, the 4, 5 and 6 go to Lexington Av/59 St, and the Q goes to Lexington Av/63 St.
Can I walk from Chelsea?
It is between two and three miles depending on your starting point, which is closer to an hour on foot than a stroll. Some patients walk up on a good day and take the subway home, especially after a treatment.
I train most days. Will treatment interrupt my workouts?
Only briefly. After Botox or Dysport, skip strenuous exercise and heavy lifting for 24 hours; after filler, avoid hard workouts, hot yoga and saunas for 48 hours. Light walking is fine straight away. Emsculpt NEO has no activity restrictions at all, though your muscles may feel as if you had a hard session. Dr. Avaliani will go over the specifics for whatever you have done.
Can I fit an appointment around a workday in Chelsea?
Yes. Consultations run thirty to forty-five minutes, and if you decide to go ahead, most Botox and filler treatments can be done in the same visit. Many Chelsea patients book early or late in the day and are back at their desk within the hour.
Do you treat the body as well as the face?
