Appointment Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment. Our schedules are designed to allow adequate time for each service. Late arrivals may result in incomplete services, with no guarantee of full accommodation.
Cancellation Policy
• We have 48 business hour cancellation policy requirement with credit card on file
• $50 fee applies for cancellations made less than 48 business hours prior for no-shows, consultations or follow up visits and Botox/Dysport appointments
• $200/hr no show/late fee is for all laser or injectable visits
• Cancellations only accepted via phone during business hours
• Email, voicemail, and text cancellations are not accepted
