Appointment Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment. Our schedules are designed to allow adequate time for each service. Late arrivals may result in incomplete services, with no guarantee of full accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

• We have a 48 business hour cancellation requirement, with a credit card on file
• A $50 fee applies for cancellations made less than 48 business hours prior, for no-shows, consultations or follow up visits and Botox or Dysport appointments
• A $200 per hour no-show or late fee applies to all laser and injectable visits
• Cancellations are only accepted by phone during business hours
• Email, voicemail and text cancellations are not accepted

Services & Prepayment Policy

• Services are redeemable within 1 year of purchase
• No refunds are accepted
• All deposits are non-refundable
• Package promotional value is valid 90 days from the date of purchase

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, CareCredit, Cherry, Bitcoin and Ethereum, wire transfer and cash.

Patient Referral

Patients receive a $50 credit toward any service when their referrals complete treatment.
