Visit Our Midtown Office
From most of Midtown the easiest way to reach us is on foot. Walking up Park Avenue from Grand Central takes about twenty minutes, and from Rockefeller Center it is a straight walk north along Fifth or Madison. If you are coming from farther south, the M1, M2, M3 and M4 buses run north on Madison Avenue, half a block from our door.
By subway, three stations are within a few blocks. Lexington Avenue/59th Street is served by the 4, 5 and 6 on the Lexington line and by the N, R and W on the Broadway line. The 4 and 5 run express, so from Grand Central it is a single stop. The 5th Avenue/59th Street station has its main entrance at 60th Street and Fifth Avenue, about a block from us. Lexington Avenue/63rd Street is served by the Q at all times, by the M on weekday daytimes and by the F on nights and weekends.

Can I walk from my office in Midtown?
Usually, yes. Most of the Plaza District and the blocks around Park, Madison and Lexington in the Fifties are within a ten or fifteen minute walk. From Grand Central it is about twenty minutes up Park Avenue.
Which subway stations are closest?
Lexington Avenue/59th Street (4, 5, 6, N, R, W), 5th Avenue/59th Street (N, R, W) and Lexington Avenue/63rd Street (Q at all times, M on weekdays, F on nights and weekends). All three are within a few minutes’ walk.
Is there a bus that stops nearby?
Yes. The M1, M2, M3 and M4 run north along Madison Avenue, which is half a block from the office. They are a good option from Murray Hill or the area around Grand Central if you would rather not walk.
Can I have a treatment during my lunch hour?
