How to Reach Our Office from SoHo
SoHo has two trains that run to our door without a transfer. On the east side, the 6 at Spring Street or Bleecker Street goes up Lexington Avenue to 59th Street, and the station's exits at 59th and 60th Streets are a short walk west to the office. Nearer Broadway, the R and W at Prince Street run to 5 Av/59 St; come up at 60th Street and Fifth Avenue and walk east along 60th, past Madison, to number 30.
From the southern end of the neighborhood, the Q at Canal Street and Broadway runs uptown to Lexington Av/63 St. From the west side, Broadway-Lafayette has the M on weekdays and the F on evenings and weekends, both to Lexington Av/63 St, or you can take the E from Spring Street and Sixth Avenue to Lexington Av/53 St and transfer inside the station to the 6 for one stop. By subway most patients are here in twenty-five to thirty-five minutes. A cab can be faster in the middle of the day, less so at rush hour.

How do I get to your office from SoHo?
The simplest routes are the 6 from Spring Street to Lexington Av/59 St, or the R or W from Prince Street to 5 Av/59 St. Both run straight through with no transfer and leave you a short walk from 30 East 60th Street.
What other trains work from SoHo?
The Q from Canal Street goes directly to Lexington Av/63 St. From Broadway-Lafayette, the M (weekdays) or F (evenings and weekends) goes to the same station. The E from Spring Street runs to Lexington Av/53 St, where you can transfer inside the station to the 6 for 59th Street.
I have a shoot or event coming up. When should I book?
Ideally two to four weeks ahead. Botox reaches its full effect over ten to fourteen days, and any bruising from filler can take a week or more to clear. A HydraFacial is the exception and can be done a few days before. Dr. Avaliani will plan the timing with you at your consultation.
Can you make my lips fuller without them looking done?
That is how Dr. Avaliani prefers to work. She usually starts with a small amount, pays attention to the border and the proportion between upper and lower lip, and considers whether the chin or philtrum needs attention first. More can always be added at a later visit.
What is facial balancing?
It means treating the face as a whole rather than one feature at a time. Small amounts of filler in the chin, jaw, cheeks or nose can change how the lips, eyes and profile read together. Dr. Avaliani will walk you through what she would suggest and why.
Who performs the injections?

How long does a visit take?
Consultations run thirty to forty-five minutes. If you choose to go ahead, most Botox and filler treatments can be done during the same visit, which makes it easy to fit an appointment around a working day downtown.
How much does treatment cost?
Price depends on the treatment and on how much product is needed. Dr. Avaliani will recommend a plan at your consultation and give you the cost before any treatment begins.
